Actually, it can be taken two ways. The nazis perverted an ancient symbol of good luck into a symbol of terror and hate. If looked with the arms flat, it could be considered a good luck symbol, if it's how it is in the picture... well... you can fill in the rest.

When you go to Danmark and visit Carlsberg Brewery you can see some of those crosses at the stone-elefants at the main gate. It´s a symbol from India and I think the name was sun-cross.

Do you mean mirrored? Or the angle it is at? I don't think saying angle would be very fair, considering it could be viewed in any possible way, ie bobs shot from microsoft, and my shot from google maps, and the arms facing rightwards is not strictly a nazi symbol.
